The project goal is
to create conditions for making a personnel reserve for the educational system of the Russian Federation.
The project objectives are
- to provide opportunities for each participant to determine the individual level of formation of specific competencies and professional knowledge;
- to create conditions for the formation and development of specific competencies and professional knowledge;
- to identify the most motivated and well-prepared participants to recommend them to be included in the educational system personnel reserve;
- to create conditions for the development and promotion of the participants’ expertise potential.
