The team of the Academy of the Ministry of Education of Russia took part in a remote meeting with the members of the UAE Public School Education Authority to discuss the latest digital developments in the field of education.
During the meeting, which took place on September 4, speakers from the Academy focused on digital tools and resources developed to support its various activities.
In her speech, Tatyana Rastashanskaya, Head of the Department for the Development of Additional Professional Education, highlighted training programs aimed at the professional development of teachers and management staff.
Elena Gribova, Head of the Department for Development of Modern and Safe Digital Educational Environment, spoke on digital innovations designed and implemented by the Academy, such as training management ecosystem, the system of automated certification of heads of educational institutions, and online simulators for teachers’ professional development.
Bogdan Legostaev, Vice-Rector of the Academy, and Denis Molokhov, Head of the Department of Implementation of Modern Pedagogical Technologies, Organization of Interregional and International Cooperation Events, presented the Library of Digital Educational Content.
Mohammad Abdulkader, Head of the Human Capital Development Department of the UAE Public School Education Authority, spoke about the work of the Authority, its structure and key projects under supervision. Together with his colleagues, he presented different approaches to the professional development of the country’s teaching staff, as well as the digital education platform used in the country.
The parties agreed to continue cooperation and to hold a new meeting in an expanded format after delving deeper in the digital solutions presented.
