The III All-Russian Youth Pedagogical Forum started on October 5 at the All-Russian Children’s Center “Orlyonok” in Krasnodar Territory. Aimed at identifying and supporting pedagogically gifted schoolchildren, forming a sustainable interest in the teaching profession and integrating youth into the pedagogical space of the country, the Forum brought together 300 students of specialized 9-11 psychology and teacher training classes (groups) at the age of 14-17 from all constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
Young participants of the Forum have already had time to get acquainted and unite into 12 teams, in which they will do thematic projects. The future teachers had a tour around “Orlyonok” and took part in the evening of legends and traditions “Wise Thoughts”.
The Forum agenda includes professional, creative and sports events. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, the teens will try themselves as teachers. At pedagogical workshops they will get acquainted with leading teachers and experts in the field of education and learn some secrets of success in the profession.
On October 6, a meeting with winners and awardees of All-Russian professional competitions will be held on the platform of the Forum for Classroom Teachers. The event will bring together 40 best students of teacher training classes from Moscow and Moscow region, and participants of the All-Russian Youth Pedagogical Forum will join the meeting remotely.
The final event of the Forum will be a Festival of students and their mentors. The children will go on a team quest, meet with representatives of the Ministry of Education of Russia and take part in an open discussion with the People’s Teacher of Russia. The result of their work at the Forum will be presented in the Big Pedagogical Performance on October 22.
The III All-Russian Youth Pedagogical Forum is held in the Year of Teachers and Mentors on the initiative of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and organized by the Academy of the Ministry of Education of Russia. The Forum events will end on October 24, 2023.
