Academy of the Ministry of Education of Russia starts cooperation with RSPA “Russian Software”

On October 5, during the Forum for Classroom Teachers held in Moscow, the Academy of the Ministry of Education of Russia and the Russian Software Products Association (RSPA) “Russian Software” signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed by Maxim Kostenko, Acting Rector of the Academy, and Renat Lashin, Executive Director of the Association.

The agreement will contribute to the popularization of domestic educational initiatives and programs from Russian software developers among teachers, as well as to addressing the challenges of import substitution of foreign software in the field of education.

“Signing a cooperation agreement with the largest association of Russian software manufacturers will consolidate the work of the education sector and key players of the IT industry, which is aimed at the formation of a unified educational space and the transition from technological sovereignty to technological leadership of our country,” said Maxim Kostenko.

“Cooperation with the Academy of the Ministry of Education of Russia opens new opportunities for our association. We are looking forward to joint expert work on identifying foreign software used in the educational process and developing proposals for its import substitution with domestic analogs. We also plan to assist in the development of educational programs and resources on the use of domestic IT solutions by school teachers and integration of Russian software into educational programs and resources,” said Renat Lashin.
